AI surfaces the best-fit teachers for the learner. You curate the top 3, write a short rationale, and issue the recommendation.

3. Get paid weekly

$10 lands as soon as you issue recommendations. 5% bonus lands when the learner books their first lesson. Crypto payouts every 7 days.

What we look for

  • 3+ years teaching English (online or classroom)
  • CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent qualification (or compelling experience)
  • Native-level English (C2)
  • Reliable video call setup (Google Meet)
  • Comfortable spending 30 min with a stranger on a discovery call
  • Available at least 5 hours per week
