Test Instructions:
- Click "Run Full Test Suite" to verify data merging and detection
- Try the Type filter (All / Vocab / Writing) - counts should update
- Use Search - should find both vocab words and writing titles
- Try Category filter - only shows cards in selected category
- Use Sort (Newest / Oldest / A-Z) - list order updates
- Hover over cards to see delete button and arrow indicator
- Check type badges - vocabulary shows book icon, writing shows pen icon
- Verify category badges show correct category names
- Click a card to navigate to detail page
